Abuja, Nigeria: The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has scheduled its Computer-Based Test (CBT) for superintendent cadre recruitment on October 14, targeting successful applicants across Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones.
According to an official announcement via NCS’s verified platforms, only candidates who passed prior screening stages and document verification are eligible.
NCS announced on the service’s verified X handle and Facebook page on Friday.
The service announced that the final CBT examination for successful superintendent cadre applicants would be held simultaneously across designated states and centres, aligning with the candidates’ states of origin.
The successful candidates are those whose documents have been verified and who have taken both the pre-test and the live test.
The CBT recruitment examinations for Inspectorate and Customs Assistant cadres were held on October 9.
The publication stated that candidates who were successful at the previous stages were required to log in with their National Identification Number (NIN) via https://updates.customs.gov.ng to access their examination details, including their assigned centres.
They were also required to print their coloured examination slips for presentation at the venues.
“The examination will be conducted concurrently in the following designated centres across the zones: South-West: Lagos and Osun; South-East: Enugu and Abia; South-South: Rivers and Edo; North-Central: Abuja and Kwara; North-East: Bauchi and Adamawa; North-West: Kaduna and Sokoto.
“Candidates must report strictly to their assigned examination centres as indicated on their slips. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
“Further details and specific instructions regarding the examination process will be communicated through the Recruitment Update Portal, “it stated.
The service emphasised that this stage was strictly for successful applicants of the Superintendent Cadre.
