Lagos: Mr Augustine Olorunsola has been appointed as the Interim Chairman of Aradel Holdings Plc.
The announcement was made in a corporate disclosure through the Nigerian Exchange Ltd.
The company said: “We notify shareholders, Nigerian Exchange Ltd. and the investing public of a written board resolution dated July 17, 2025.
“Mr Augustine Olorunsola, a Non-Executive Director, is appointed Interim Chairman of the Board, effective from July 9 2025.
“The Company Secretary is authorised to notify regulators and take all necessary actions to implement the above resolutions.”
Olorunsola holds a degree in Geology from the University of Ilorin and brings over 40 years of industry experience to the role.
He has worked in various firms and government agencies across Nigeria, Italy, the Netherlands, and the United States.
He is a Fellow and Country Chairman of the Energy Institute and heads Energetikos Ltd. as Chairman and CEO.
Olorunsola also holds several non-executive board positions in the energy and petroleum sectors.
