Job Description:
1. PRODUCTION PHARMACISTS
Requirements:
- Must have a B.Pharm with a valid PCN annual practicing license.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
2. SENIOR MICROBIOLOGISTS
Requirements:
- Must possess a B.Sc in Microbiology or a related field.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Must be conversant with pharmaceutical laboratory equipment.
3. CHEMISTS
Requirements:
- Must possess a B.Sc/HND in pure chemistry or biochemistry.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Must have operational knowledge of analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV-VIS equipment, and a Flame photometer.
- Proficiency in computer is required
4. FFS MACHINE OPERATOR
Requirements:
- Must have a Trade Test Certificate or OND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a medium pharmaceutical company performing similar functions.
- Previous knowledge of inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment is required.
- Must be able to read repair manuals and liaise with other professionals.
- Must be able to run tests, interpret results, and make effective recommendations.
- Must be able to write reports.
- Must understand and be able to execute equipment preventative maintenance and safety regulations.
- Must be able to repair and replace faulty equipment components.
- Must be able to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.
- Must be able to explain problems simply and clearly.
- Must have knowledge of cGMP and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills are a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage
5. WATER TREATMENT PROCESS ENGINEER
Requirements:
- Experience in water filtration, purification, and distillation is required.
- Previous experience in Infusion factory water treatment is an additional advantage.
- Must have previous experience operating a Softener plant, DM plant, Reverse Osmosis, and Multi column distillation plant.
- Must be a graduate of Chemical Engineering with not less than 3 years of experience.
6. SYRUP FACTORY PRODUCTION ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL ENGINEER)
Requirements:
- Must have an HND/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in a medium pharmaceutical company performing similar functions.
- Must have previous knowledge of inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
- Must be able to read repair manuals and liaise with other professionals.
- Must be able to run tests, interpret results, and make effective recommendations.
- Must be able to write reports.
- Must understand and be able to execute equipment preventative maintenance and safety regulations.
- Must be able to repair and replace faulty equipment components.
- Must be able to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.
- Must be able to explain problems simply and clearly.
- Must have knowledge of cGMP and health and safety regulations.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
7. AIR CONDITION TECHNICIAN
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification or a trade test certification.
- Must have 4-6 years of work experience as an AC Technician.
- Knowledge of GMP is an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Conduct installation and gas welding of Split AC units.
- Demonstrate experience in HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Maintain daily logs and records of all maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
REQUIREMENTS;
Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification or a trade test certification with 4 – 6 years’ work experience as an AC Technician.
