Lafia, Nasarawa State:The North Central Development Commission (NCDC) has disclaimed any association with individuals or groups allegedly using its corporate name, logo, email address, or identity without authorization.

Mr. James Uloko, Executive Director of Corporate Services, issued the disclaimer in Lafia on Saturday, cautioning the public against engaging with fraudulent websites and emails, including www.ncdc.gov.com and info@ncdc-gov.com

He described them as misleading and warned that the Commission would not be liable for any losses arising from dealings with impostors.

Uloko clarified that the NCDC, established by an Act of 2024 and with its Board constituted in 2025, operates from its official head office at No. 15 Muhammadu Buhari Way, Lafia, Nasarawa State.

He stressed that the Commission has no office at the World Trade Centre Complex in Abuja, noting that its only temporary presence in the capital is through the Nasarawa State Liaison Office at the Blue Springs Hotel Building in the Central Area.

He urged government agencies, development partners, and stakeholders to verify all communications through recognized channels, adding that the Commission has commenced appropriate actions with relevant authorities to address the matter.

“The disclaimer was issued in the public interest and for protection,” Uloko said, emphasizing that the NCDC remains committed to transparency and accountability in its operations.
