Benin City: Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State has expressed deep sorrow over the death of his Special Adviser on Arewa Matters, Alhaji Danjuma Garba.
In a condolence message, Okpebholo described Garba’s passing as a painful loss to the state and the Arewa community. He praised the late adviser’s dedication to fostering unity and his contributions to Edo’s development.
The governor commiserated with Garba’s family, associates, and the wider Arewa community in Edo, urging them to take solace in his legacy of service and commitment to peace.
Okpebholo reaffirmed his administration’s support for the Arewa community, stressing that Garba’s efforts will be remembered as part of the ongoing work to strengthen harmony and inclusiveness across the state.
