NDA Warns Public Against Fake Admission Letters Circulating Online

Kaduna: The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) has issued a strong warning to the public over fraudulent admission letters currently circulating online, falsely claiming to offer admission into the 77 Regular Course (RC).

In a statement released in Kaduna, the Academy’s Public Relations Officer, Maj. Reuben Kovangiya said the letters, purportedly signed by the Registrar, are the handiwork of fraudsters seeking to exploit unsuspecting Nigerians.

“The NDA wishes to state unequivocally that the letters in circulation are fake. They are the antics of fraudsters whose sole intention is to defraud members of the public,” Kovangiya declared.

He clarified that the official admission list of successful candidates and reserves for the 77 RC was published on August 19, 2025, in Daily Trust and Daily Sun newspapers, as well as on the NDA’s official website, www.nda.edu.ng. He stressed that all successful candidates had since resumed, and the admission process was concluded.

Kovangiya strongly advised the public to disregard any letters or messages claiming to offer admission into the Academy, urging Nigerians to always verify admission information directly from the Office of the Registrar.
