Brasilia:  Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva has revealed plans to discuss with India and China. a joint BRICS response to President Donald Trump’s tariffs on U.S. imports.

Da Silva presented himself as a torchbearer for multilateralism in a fractured world in an interview with Reuters on Wednesday.
