Awka: Dr Somtochukwu Udeze, Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, has congratulated Governor Charles Soludo on his reelection victory, describing it as a well-deserved mandate that reflects the will of the people.
He commended Soludo’s leadership and urged continued collaboration to advance the state’s development agenda.
He said that the outcome of the governorship election was a clear testament to Soludo’s good governance and a genuine demonstration of the people’s unwavering support for his administration.
Udeze, in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Emma Madu, on Sunday in Awka, commended his constituency in Ogbaru Local Government Area for voting for the governor.
Udeze assured the governor that his constituents would provide him with more support in his second term to help him complete his vision for the state.
The Speaker said that his prediction that Soludo would win in the 21 local government areas had come to pass as APGA swept the polls.
Udeze called on other governorship candidates in the election to view the governor’s reelection victory as divine and the collective wish of the Anambra people.
He urged them to congratulate Soludo and join hands with him in moving the state to greater heights.
He prayed to God to provide the governor with the enablement to continue to pilot the state’s affairs creditably for the overall development of the state.
