Ilorin:  The National Orientation Agency (NOA) has announced that all national flags across the country should fly at half-mast for seven days in honour of the late former President Muhammadu Buhari.

In a statement made available to reporters on Sunday in Ilorin, the Director of NOA in Kwara, Alhaji Abdulganiyu Dare, stated that President Bola Tinubu had given the directive.

” As a mark of respect to the former president Buhari, who died on Sunday, President Bola Tinubu has directed that all national flags fly at half-mast across the country for seven days from Sunday.

” In line with the above, NOA, Kwara, wishes to bring to the notice of all concerned organisations, establishments and individuals to act accordingly as we honour the services and pray for the peaceful repose of the former president,” he said.
